  • Multi-Spot technology

    The proven spot technology reengineered.

    The Multi-Spot system solution scales the robustness of the classic T-Spot to any width. The modular tool design allows inline pretreatment of the substrate on almost all widths - the head remains stationary.

    The nozzle system can be controlled and monitored for each nozzles so that a homogeneous and reproducible treatment result can be achieved.

  • CAT technology

    High-energy plasma for cleaning, deburring and depth-effective pre-treatment.

    The TIGRES CAT is the efficient solution for the optimal activation of glass, metal, plastic and composite materials. A focused or diffused discharge can be generated by different nozzle attachments as required. The intelligent design generates an almost potential-free plasma.

    From point to full-surface pretreatment.

    The almost potential-free Plasma MEF technology is controllable and efficient. The linear design enables a head size that can be exactly matched to the process requirements of our customers. A wide area pre-treatment is made possible by the array interconnection of the heads.

    The TIGRES JET technology is particularly suitable for temperature-sensitive substrates due to its extremely low heat input.

  • Packaging industry

    It is hard to imagine the modern packaging industry without atmospheric plasma.

    Outer packaging, which used to be made of "printed cardboard," is now made of plastic or of cardboard with a foil coating. These new materials place different demands on the base surface.

    It is impossible to create an adhesive bond if the surface has not been activated with atmospheric plasma.

  • Automotive industry

    Selective ultra-fine cleaning or activation of surfaces on the production line is a steadily growing market.

    More and more components, assemblies, etc. are joined or fixed in place by adhesion, making pre-treatment essential. This requires single-nozzle or multiple-nozzle heads or multi-systems, depending on the product, material and geometry.

  • Energy Discharge Control (EDC)

    Homogeneous plasma pre-treatment of thermally sensitive substrates at low operating speeds.

    With the EDC feature, the operator can control the plasma intensity as a factor of the line speed. This ensures that pre-treatment at different speeds produces virtually the same results on the substrate.

    EDC can be used not only for single plasma discharges but works just as well with our established plasma systems Plasma Multi MEF.

  • Electronics industry

    A wealth of electrical and electronic systems makes our life easier. Such systems are often used outdoors. Just think of automatic gate and garage door openers. The equipment is constantly exposed to humidity and fluctuating temperatures.

    Outdoor use means that electronic components have to be encased in casting compounds to ensure that they function properly. Both components have to be activated for the casting compound to bond securely to the electronics as well as to the casing surfaces.

  • Consumer goods industry

    Handles, tubes, bottles, flacons, flower boxes, writing instruments, toys, painting supplies, tools, covers, front panels and innumerable other plastic products are activated before printing to ensure that the paint or ink bonds properly and permanently.

    The best activation method is determined based on throughput, the surface energy required, the surface to be printed and many other parameters. All of our systems that work with atmospheric pressure are worth considering - Plasma MEF, Plasma CAT and T-JET technology.
